I’m obese. According to a BMI chart, I have a a body mass of around 32. I don’t like that. I don’t think anyone wakes up in the morning thinking, “It’s a great day to be obese! Let’s go get some diabetes!”
Having that said, I’ve had a very luxurious year and a half of sitting on my ever growing ass. So today I’m going to start working on that. I’ve got a vague workout regimen set into place and goals set up to get me started, now I just have to see where it gets me.
I haven’t paid attention to my physical health in a very long time, so it’s going to be a slow process filled with lots of trial and error, but it’ll be good for me and that’s what matters.
To follow my progress, I’m going to have another blog with posts regarding my workouts and intake. (See here) I want to show myself what I’ve accomplished and what I want to achieve. Just as a warning, I haven’t entirely talked myself into topless pictures, but I should probably warn you that they will happen. Mainly just cause I wanna see the progression of my moobs.
Today is June 20th, 2012. I stand 5’8”, and weigh 209.6 Lbs.
My goal by June 20th 2013 is to have my weight down to 160, give up smoking & soda, and have a regular exercise regimen. I don’t care what my body looks like at 160 too much, I just want that damn double chin to go away.
